DELIVERY ABROAD:

The product is sent by registered mail with tracking by track code. Customs documents will be issued according to the international form SN22. The customs value is declared. The buyer additionally pays customs taxes, if they are provided for by the legislation of the recipient's country. If the buyer refused to receive the parcel or the parcel was not delivered to him due to his fault (absence during delivery, refusal to pick up the parcel at the post office, etc.), the parcel will be returned to the sender or disposed of. In this case, the paid subscription is not returned.

Please note: in order to receive the goods, you must have identification documents with you. If it is necessary to pay customs taxes in the receiving country, the buyer independently contacts the customs office of his country and pays these taxes in the manner prescribed by law. 

The delivery time of some goods can be increased to 35-45 days, it depends on the country of the recipient.

We provide a one-year warranty for all products that we supply from the moment of shipment of products from our warehouse to the consumer (the moment of purchase). All products supplied by us undergo pre-sale inspection and diagnostics. We guarantee you the reliable operation of the product, subject to compliance with the rules of installation and operation of the equipment.

Warranty service provides, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the free elimination of defects discovered after the purchase of products by the end user, by means of repair or replacement of equipment that has failed. For LED loops, it can be the replacement of one or more damaged segments. In case of independent connection of the equipment, dismantling and installation of the equipment is carried out by the customer independently at his own expense.

If the customer discovers a defect or the equipment fails, the equipment must be provided to the service center with a completely non-separable element, if it is an LED strip - only the defective element can be provided. The equipment is accepted for service only in a complete set, including the manufacturer's packaging, so keep the user manual, packaging, mounting and fastening elements throughout the warranty period.

When providing equipment for warranty service, the client must provide documents confirming the fact of purchase together with the equipment: warranty card, sales receipt, invoice or bank receipt in case of non-cash payment. Equipment without warranty coupons and (or) payment documents will not be accepted for repair.

For legal terms, the terms of the guarantee are specified in the contract for the performance of works and the supply of equipment, the fact confirming the purchase of works and services is the act of acceptance/handover of the completed works. If no contracts were concluded, warranty service is carried out on general grounds based on the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and other current legislative acts of Ukraine

The warranty for power supplies is extended only if they are connected to the network through stabilizing protective devices, as well as subject to compliance with the load rules, when the equipment connected to the power supply has a reserve of at least 10% of the nominal value. Damage to the power supply units caused by their overload, violation of ventilation, ingress of liquids, insects, foreign objects, deviations of the power supply network by more than +-10% are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover consumables, batteries, power cells, connecting cords, remote controls, glass products, products subject to natural wear and tear. Products with traces of attempts at independent (unqualified) repair (opening), mechanical damage, traces of liquid ingress into the product (except for products intended for use in humid rooms with the appropriate moisture protection class), traces of insects ingress into the product are not accepted for warranty service. .

Delivery for warranty service of oversized goods and goods weighing more than five kilograms to the seller, manufacturer (an enterprise that satisfies the requirements of the consumer, established by the first part of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights") and their return to the consumer are carried out at the expense of the seller, manufacturer ( an enterprise that meets the requirements of the consumer).

Return conditions.

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". 
Consumer rights when purchasing goods of appropriate quality are provided for in Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
The exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out if it  has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels have been preserved.

 The consumer has the right to exchange the product within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. The cost of delivery to both sides is paid by the buyer.

If at the time of the exchange, a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right:

• purchase any other goods from the available assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost;
• terminate the contract and receive money back in the amount of the value of the returned goods;
• exchange the product for a similar one the first time the corresponding product goes on sale (the seller is obliged to notify the consumer who requests the exchange of the product on the day the product goes on sale).

Upon termination of the sales contract,  settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the product at the time of its purchase. The funds paid for the goods are returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and in the event that it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract - at another time agreed upon by the parties, but no later than seven days.

AFTER WARRANTY AND NON-WARRANTY SERVICE.

Repairs of damage caused by improper use or connection, as well as damage that occurred after the warranty period has expired - are performed on a paid basis. Works costing up to 30% of the cost of the product are carried out without prior agreement with the customer. If the cost of the work is equal to or exceeds a third of the cost of the new product, the performance of the work is additionally agreed with the customer. The customer must describe in detail the identified problems in the accompanying note and indicate the return address for returning the order. The cost of sending goods to and from repair is at the expense of the customer. A 14-day warranty is provided for completed work and replaced components. This warranty does not cover other non-repairable parts.
