According to the amendment No. 2371g-14 to the Law of Ukraine "On the Customs Tariff of Ukraine" dated 05.04.2001 No. 2371, LED strips, modules, matrices, individual LEDs, assembled and not assembled into panels, modules, etc. have the code UKTZED VED No. 8541 40. According to the Decree of the State Committee for Standardization of Ukraine dated 01.02.2005 N 28, this type of product is not included in the list of goods and products subject to mandatory certification in Ukraine. Therefore, the answer: The products are not subject to mandatory certification in Ukraine.

As amended in December 2012, a number of products were excluded from the list of products subject to mandatory state certification, including lighting equipment, lamps, power supplies, etc.
